1.Description
1).The bottle surface is smooth and bright, the edges and corners are distinct. The thermal conductivity of aluminum is good, and the weight of the die is light, so as to improve the on-off speed of the mode. The polishing property is good, which can achieve the mirror effect and beautify the appearance of the product.
2).The bottle blowing mold adopts the latest computer CAD design software and CAM processing. The mold cavity and cavity hole are processed in one time, and the precision is high.
3).The material of the bottom mold is S136 high strength anticorrosive steel, and adopts the special circulation cooling water channel design, shortening the forming time and ensuring the quality of the bottle, cooling quickly and improving the product.

Design of mould
Our design department is equipped with advanced 2D & 3D modeling software. Those systems are used to design PET bottle as well as the complex surface generation for today's plastic industry. Together with many years' experience and advanced design tools, we can turn your bottle design idea into reality and make sure it meets your requirement.
Material of mould
P20 steel is very easy to machining after forging treatment. As customer's requirement, we also use S136 to build mold, a kind of stainless steel with high hardness. With such steel, no hard chrome plated treatment need be done on mold cavity and such mold has much longer using life. Besides, sometimes we also chose aluminum as mold building material for its great heat transmission and lightweight.
